These are the three tools we use most for workflow automation. Make (formerly Integromat) is powerful for complex multi-step logic. Zapier is the fastest to set up for simple integrations. n8n is open-source and ideal if you want full control and no per-task pricing.

Claude and ChatGPT

Both are excellent. Claude tends to produce more natural-sounding long-form content and follows instructions with more precision. ChatGPT is faster for ideation and shorter copy. We use both depending on the task.
