How to choose a digital marketing agency

Know what you actually need

A lot of bad agency relationships start with the wrong brief. "We need more leads" is not a brief. Do you need more leads from paid ads, from organic search, from outbound? Do you need better conversion rates on the leads you already have? Clarify the problem before evaluating any solution.

Case studies and actual examples

Ask to see specific results from clients in your industry or with a similar business model. Ask about the before and after. Ask what did not work and how they adapted. An agency that can only show polished case studies and not real conversations about failure is hiding something.

How they actually work

Good agencies have a documented process. They know what happens in month one, month two, month three. They can tell you who your point of contact is, how often you meet, and what the reporting cadence looks like. Vague answers here are a warning sign.

What you are actually agreeing to

Minimum terms, cancellation clauses, what happens if results are not delivered. Read the contract before signing. An agency confident in their results does not need to lock you in for twelve months with no outs.

We are transparent about our process, our pricing, and our results. If you are evaluating agencies, we welcome the comparison.
